Prof. Martin formed this commission for the sole perpus of helping those Independent
Instructors reach their golds in the Martial Arts. it seems that many Martial Arts Associationas charge alot for membership,
certification, Recognition and some of the Independent Instructors can't afford that. so, we the W.B.B.C.L.C are here to help
that Instructor no matter where he / she is from or what style their from !
On this page we will describe our background and philosophy. All of our Certified Instructors are Division Instructors
Certified in their Arts and are here to help anyone who needs our help. we are not here to tell you how to run your dojo /
studio, we are here to help you reach your gold as an Instructor in the Martial Arts. our President / founder Prof. Larry
S.L. Martin 10th Dan and founder of Shojukempo has been around for over 41 yrs. and has trained with well known Grandmasters,
Masters, Instructors from many Martial Art systems. he has learned a great deal and has earned great respect from these Great
men! the World Black Belt Certification Licensing Commission is a body of Grandmasters, Masters and Instructors who has knowledge
in Karate-do, Kung-fu, Aikido, Aikijujitsu, Taekwon-do, Ju-jitsu, Kempo, Kenpo, Kobudo and many other Arts. this Commission
is here to help you!

Our Mission
Is to bring back the tradition that has been lost in so many Arts. Shotokan Karate-do, Okinawan,
Hawaiian Kempo, Shaolin Kenpo / Kempo, American Kenpo, Taekwon-do, Aikijujitsu. just to name afew. this Commission will help
Independent Martial Arts Instructors with their Certificatiion, Licensing and Recognition. Our Mission is to help the
Independent Instructor achieve his / her golds in the Martial Arts. it takes a speical person to teach Martial Arts not every
one can teach. teaching can do alot of things for everyone, no matter who that person is. young or old!
