To become a member of the W.B.B.C.L.C the first thing you must do is have a copy of your last 2 Certificates ( in color ) black & white copys will not be excepted! Martial Arts Bio, 4 passport Photos, 2 letters of Reffrence by your Instructor and another fellow Martial Artist.
